• Due to PCA Skin policy, we do not sell or ship to customers outside the United States.

• All product returns require prior approval.

• We are not responsible for lost returns.

• Unused, unopened or unmarked product may be returned for product credit within 60 days of the purchase date and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be shipped by the buyer to PCA Skin and must include a return merchandise authorization number. only product costs are subject to product credit; shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed.

• Customer returns due to dissatisfaction may be returned for product credit within four months of the purchase date

• All leaking or defective product will be replaced at no charge as long as the leaking or defective product is returned.

• We do not issue cash refunds. We will exchange the product or issue a product credit toward future product.
